Announcing: Culinary/Sommelier Tutoring Sessions

I was found (through a network of awesome chefs) by two lovely ladies in desperate need of personal attention that they were not receiving from their outrageously priced cooking school. Unfortunately I couldn’t talk them out of canceling their checks to the school whose name will not be mentioned, but we have been able to get more out of their education by focusing on areas that their instructors just glazed over. Thus began the need for Culinary and Sommelier Tutoring Sessions.

Without further ado…

Attention CIA, CCA, City College, and Tante Marie students!

Having trouble or falling behind? No problem, we offer one on one tutoring classes where you will be paired with one of a handful of culinary professionals that will come to your home and work with you to perfect that area that you most need help in.

Don’t regret that you invested in your culinary education only to just get by, or give up, because you are not getting the attention that you need.

Each chef instructor and sommelier has over a decade of professional experience with a CIA education, or similar accreditation that has proven himself or herself in the industry. Many of our instructors have thriving businesses, are consultants, and have paved their own paths in the culinary world.

Having lived through and survived one of the most difficult industries, we will work with you to determine your obstacles and work through them, recognizing them early on so that we can get you on the track to success before the end of your program.

Evening classes are available and typically run three hours in length. The cost is $200 per session, with groups of three available for $500. The cost excludes materials, but can be provided for an additional cost.

To get lined up with one of our chefs or sommeliers email me at melissa@sfwinechef.com
